Supposed to be a true story about a woman, NY reporter who, feeling that her life is going nowhere, takes a war correspondent assignment in Afghanistan. Tina Fey plays the reporter, Billy Bob Thornton plays a USMC general. Lorne Michaels had some sort of connection to the movie in a producer’s role. We were very pleasantly surprised. The wife and I watched it this afternoon and enjoyed it. We were surprised how well Tina Fey did. Fan of Sig, Colt, S&W, Beretta, Browning, etc, etc. | |||

I hadn't heard of this movie before this thread but watched it last night and enjoyed it. Billy Bob was great, and the Marine humor was spot on (hands in pockets, ooh rah, embrace the suck). | |||
