Instead of defensively fighting each one, it seems he needs to sue UMG for harassment...or something.

Maybe even to the point of his getting other UMG-harrassees together and instigating a class-action.
What Mr. Beato does is help people understand the beauty and structure of these musical compositions/performances. Sounds a lot more like positive advertising than something that should be sued into oblivion.
