Sirico was one of the numerous Goodfellas alumni in The Sopranos (Tony Stacks). The man was a real life hood in his younger years, allegedly connected with the Columbo family, arrested dozens of times and did a stint in prison. It was his friendship with Richard Castellano, who played Clemenza in The Godfather, that got Sirico his start in films. And coincidentally, he was a good friend of James Caan.

He finally knows what happened to the “interior decorator” in the Pine Barrens. I truly enjoyed his character in The Sopranos. He will be missed.

An entertaining actor. He was perfect as Pauli Walnuts, and had that combination of shrewd and dumb down pat.

Pauli Walnuts, such an iconic character. Sirico may have been a character actor but, he embraced the roles and the accolades that came with it.
