Bookers Bourbon and a good cigar |
Is it worth watching (for free)? If you're goin' through hell, keep on going. Don't slow down. If you're scared don't show it. You might get out before the devil even knows you're there. NRA ENDOWMENT LIFE MEMBER

Eh, it's ok. I don't hardly remember anything about it, if you got nothing better to do, and it's free, it'll do ya.

it's a decent movie about some real things that happened, it's not a 'war movie', we enjoyed it https://chandlersfirearms.com/chesterfield-armament/

Yes; interesting story and based on some true stuff. Feels more like a small screen presentation than a feature film, but the actors are good and there are some funny scenes/lines and some heartfelt ones as well. I get the feeling everyone had a good time making this film. "Evil can never be dead enough" Brevard County, Fla., sheriff Wayne Ivey

I really like the movie and watch it on TV when I am doing stuff around the house. What they did in real life was fantastic for sure. This movie shows that and is entertaining. 'I am the danger'...Hiesenberg NRA Certified Pistol Instructor NRA Certified Rifle Instructor NRA Life Member

I got to see it at a senior rate in Lost Wages in a Casino and thought it was worth the $5.00 to watch.

I liked it. The actors were good and it was interesting to know/see what happened with the art stolen.

Thanks for the recommendations. Knowing the history of the Monuments Men and based on your reviews I watched it and enjoyed it. If you're goin' through hell, keep on going. Don't slow down. The screenplay is based around the research and the handful of books by Robert Edsel. He did a number of interviews leading up to the movie and the guy is quite knowledgeable and passionate about the subject. Travel big-wig Rick Steves has had him on his radio show/podcast quite a bit several years back, you can look up back episodes. There's another notable book around this, Rape of Europa by Lynn Nicols
