It is a bit like Ash Vs The Evil Dead mixed with a bit of Supernatural. Gory, funny, has a little heart and is light weight enough to just watch and have fun with. Quick watch with short episodes and I dug the season ending and hope we get more.

You may want to check it out if these types of shows do it for you.

I watched the first one and your description covers it quite well.

Other things have gotten ahead of it on the watch list, but it's definitely on my "well, there's nothing else interesting" list.

We finished season one last night. Worth a watch if you are into supernatural stuff.

Some comedy, some heart, a bunch of gore. Not bad.

I liked it, has potential. Filmed down the road in Grantville, GA was also used for Walking Dead episodes.

I am going to check this out as it looks interesting. What amazes me and gives me hope, is how many actors are in their late 50's and 60's but can still move/do fight scenes/choreography, as well as they do. Didn't realize Bacon is mid 60's.

It's not what I thought it was going to be.

It was a fun watch for me and the GF. Kevin has held up rather well I think.

I've watched the first two episodes and despite a couple of cringe-worthy scenes, I'm very intrigued. I too like the shorter episodes for a quick fix.

I started to watch it. It's not bad and some funny parts.

Kevin always seems to appear gruff, sarcastic. Not a friendly dude at first glance appearances.

But his characters always seems decent, principled, considerate, reasonable. His character being different than his appearance throws me. It's cool.

I was actually going to pass on this but for this thread. Thx.

ETA: Finished. What a dick decision at the end. But the show must go on. Overall, held my interest though.

I watched the whole season and enjoyed it. It was interesting to see "Dewey Crow" from "Justified" in the series, who always plays a good shitbird.

Regarding Kevin Bacon, a really good series that he starred in was "The Following."

I binged watched this tonight and I liked it. It had some good people in it, some good gory violence and humor. And it had Dewey Crowe in it, he plays a great scumbag piece of shit.

I finished it last night. Now our hero has a real dilemma!

I enjoyed it. Found the acting very good and the twists between gore, suspense and comedy refreshing.
