I was watching old Law and Order episodes last night and got to thinking about Jerry Orbach (Det. Lennie Briscoe). This guy was a wonderful actor and had a long and varied career -- especially on Broadway. As I recall, we lost him to prostate cancer. No matter what your doctor tells you about "no longer doing them routinely", have a PSA test done. Had I not done one 15 years ago, I would probably not be here . | |||

Loved Orbach in law and order, he was also an avid pool player around NYC, my favorite hobby too I quit school in elementary because of recess.......too many games --Riff Raff-- | |||

I met him years ago at the Crosby golf tournament. He was outgoing and signed autographs until everyone got one. He was a class act. | |||

A really good actor. Not a bad a singer, either. The song the OP put up was in The Fantasicks, which is the longest running musical (including off-Broadway) ever. The fish is mute, expressionless. The fish doesn't think because the fish knows everything. | |||
