I am watching Maximum Overdrive and as outright stupid and ridiculous as it is by God I love it and it’s soundtrack. "Guns are tools. The only weapon ever created was man."

How could you not love it? Take Stephen King, ply him with all the alcohol and coke he wants, toss him into the director's chair, and turn him loose. That's the result!

Great movie, I had it on VHS, DVD and now BD. I looked but never could find an original uncut version with more gore and violence. "But, as luck would have it, he stood up. He caught that chunk of lead." Gunnery Sergeant Carlos Hathcock "If there's one thing this last week has taught me, it's better to have a gun and not need it than to need a gun and not have it." Excellent movie and AC/DC soundtrack. Always laugh about the Russian "weather" satellite.

The most laughable part of that movie is the cart with the M60 on it. I could never understood what was making the gun traverse. Other than that, it's a fun movie to watch. "I'm yet another resource-consuming kid in an overpopulated planet raised to an alarming extent by Hollywood and Madison Avenue, poised with my cynical and alienated peers to take over the world when you're old and weak!" - Calvin, "Calvin & Hobbes"

Always loved that movie. The bank sign in the beginning always made me laugh. Might be the best movie soundtrack ever. ........................................... All I've had all day is like six gummy bears and some scotch...
