British gangster series by Guy Ritchie.

I watched two episodes last night. A little quirky but I'm interested enough to keep watching.

Plenty fun enough, slick production, some nice dialog, ok story if not some plot holes and predictability. Maybe a little full of itself but better than most of the other stuff out there at the moment.

It was fun and I’ll be watch the next season. Gotta admit, I’m a Guy Ritchie fan, so this was right up my alley

As I watched it, I was mentally comparing it to the movie. Not alike at all, other than the idea of a marijuana producer selling his business.

They were both enjoyable for different reasons. The movie seemed to have more dark humor as I recall. The last episode of the show had me thinking it was like a prequel to the movie, until the very end which I won't spoil.

I loved the movie, so this is on my list of things to watch.

Two episodes deep. The wife and I are both enjoying it. Gotta have closed captions on, though. My crappy hearing has a hard time picking up the British accents.

Same here, although I usually watch TV with CC on.
We watched 3 episodes Saturday night.

Snatch is a favorite move of mine, the wife not so much..

Started watching it due to this thread. Two episodes in at this point and am enjoying it. Mentioned it to my son who said he'd already watched the series and that the lead actor was in the Divergent series of movies. I didn't recognize him.

I think we’re 4 episodes in, and my commitment to the series is waning.

Kind of feels like Breaking Bad...except in another country. Finished it. It was entertaining.

Finished yesterday. Quite enjoyable.

Freddie’s character was the exact copy of one of the main characters in the Tailor (turkish soap opera - Netflix).

Giancarlo Esposito's Stanley Johnston was nearly Gus Fring, though not quite as dark.

We'll see if they do another season. I'd watch it.

Just finished 3 body problem and it led me to “the gentlemen”. So far, so good. I’m entertained.

Watching the older movie now then we will check out the series, although I understand it is different.
