Tomorrow at 8:45 AM Eastern, TCM is airing a rather unusual film, La main du diable (The Devil's Hand) also known as Carnival of Sinners. Directed by Maurice Tourneur, father of Jacques Tourneur (Out of the Past).

This is a horror film made in occupied France in 1942/43, and that alone makes it worth a gander.

At first glance I mistook the title for Carnival of Souls (1962). I didn't catch La Main du diable on TCM this AM though I will certainly put it on my watch list. Thanks for the heads-up!
