IMHO, season 3 was a meh....

If they are building something for next season, then they are not piquing my interest.

It seems to me that any law that is not enforced and can't be enforced weakens all other laws.

I think Foy and Smith set the bar too high. They were excellent in their roles and had great chemistry. Also, the marital roles between Elizabeth and Phillip seem reversed as compared to the first 2 seasons.
