We watch 3 movies every Christmas Eve.

“House sure does look swell, Clark”

“I like to whisper, too”

And right before bed,

“Fuckin California”

(Yes all quotes, but they’ll already mentioned in this thread.)

That is one of my favorite movies, but I don't think of it as a Christmas movie for some reason.

RE: favorite Christmas movie, I really like "Mister Magoo's Christmas Carol."

Finally, FINALLY someone knows of, and appreciates a true classic! You can have your Alistair Sim, George C. Scott, Patrick Stewart, etc, none of them hold a candle to the great Magoo.

That my favorite version as well.

IIRC it was produced by TNT in the early to mid 1990's

Also, Die Hard, A Christmas Story, Elf, Reindeer Games, Miracle on 34th St (1947 version)

Charlie Brown Christmas is my favorite. Home Alone is probably number 2.

Christmas Vacation
Gremlins
Scrooged
Die Hard
A Christmas Carol (Patrick Stewart or Alistair Sim)
Charlie Brown Christmas

If I had to pick just one it would be Christmas Vacation, then Scrooged.
