Willie Nelson's drummer for the past 53 years has died. Known as much for protecting Willie often with guns,fist, and knives as his drumming he was a really tough SOB. Willie wrote the song me and Paul about some of their lighter moments.

A true friend he made it to 87. I guess someone else needs to cover Willie's back now.
