There is a you tube version with video that shows scenes of many cemeteries around the world where American soldiers are buried. It starts with the Arizona memorial and ends with Arlington. Includes numbers of dead at each place. Extraordinary.

I cant link it. Just google "Hymn to the Fallen remyswiss"
