I vaguely recall the story behind this series. It’s unbelievable how someone with no money could function in the world she did. I’m not sure a bout Garner’s accent. Anyone know if that’s how the real person spoke?

Slower paced show but so far it’s interesting.

I saw a brief clip where the voice of original Anna sounds much like the Netflix Anna.

Just finished the series, I don't really recall this when it was happening in real time or I just didn't care at the time.

However, I thought the Netflix show was quite entertaining and is hard not to root for her somewhat.
The story is told in a very interesting way, I don't know how this compares to real life.
But it is easy to have complex feelings in all of this.
I won't go into detail and let those watch and decide.

Worth a watch, IMO.

I enjoyed it. Also there was an interview online with the real Anna if you want to hear her voice.

Enjoying the series right now; but find the reporter irritating and demonstrative of the media problems. By this I mean I understand her wanting a story, but she's always trying to "blackmail" people to talk with her - speak with her or she'll run an article with assumptions or speak to their doorman, etc.
