I've been laid up recently and binging Bones. It's kind of a cross between Quincy, ME, and NCIS (DNA samples are done instantaneously, etc...).
But I like it, if for no other reason than one of the Deschanel sisters (Emily). I've always been a bigger fan of her sister Zooey, but there's something about those girls that makes my motor run [/swoon]
Into season two and the writing has improved greatly. Excellent banter between characters and some hilarious dialogue. It's surprising some of the lines they cross regarding political correctness.
It's worth a watch/binge if you're as shallow as I am. This message has been edited. Last edited by: Gustofer,

Back when I was on the road, I watched the whole series. Everyone's tastes are different, but it did not get old to me always something new. This message has been edited. Last edited by: fischtown7,

The Billy Gibbons cameos are pretty funny.

I like the writing of the first few seasons better. Bones was more in line with being slightly autistic (maybe), but in later seasons, she was written as weird.
Sensitive and caring since August 2009
