First impression is pretty good. I like that they stuck to European setting similar to the original novel. My wife doesn’t like to read subtitles so I’ll have to watch this on my own.

Some of the tactical stuff seemed a little dumb but it should be a political thriller not just be about the assassin. This mini series seems to deviate from the novel in that it features a British agent tracking him.

I’ll watch because I was a huge Fredrick Forsyth fan, day of the Jackal, Odessa file, Dogs of War.

Never read the book but did see the 70's movie. Liking the series so far (saw first 2 episodes). Will keep watching and see where it goes.
