I know many on here bash pro sports, won’t watch any of it period. But some of us do, and some history was made yesterday in the Astros Rangers game. The starter and a reliever threw immaculate innings, 9 strikes, 3 strikeouts, twice. Not only that, but it was to the same 3 Rangers both times. Now bash away, I’m a lifelong Astro fan, kind of used to it since ‘17.

I saw that headline this morning, but didn't know exactly what it meant.

My younger brother and a good friend of ours drove to Arlington Tuesday evening and went to that game yesterday. Pretty good one to make a road trip for.

That is quite a feat, and glad to see the Astros do it.

Incredible pitching, or un-incredible hitting?

I saw that article and it brought to mind another question.

I wonder how many times a pitcher has thrown three pitches and gotten three outs?

I watched Kirk Gibson pound a home run in the "88" world series to win that game.

I will never forget it.

But that might come very close to being exciting.
