I binged it yesterday.

As hard as they plugged this series I expected more.

My guess is, his life, and the stuff written about him were better than this.

I agree. While its a decent show, its slow and I would think there would be a lot more material in this man's life that could bring meat to the show.

I haven't watched it, they had it featured in the latest "Cowboy and Indians" magazine. The magazine also had good article on Sam Peckinpah, he made some great movies.

I read "Black Gun, Silver Star", the biography of Reeves, good book, a little boring in parts. He was a bigger than life character, just now becoming well known.
