Wife and I [binge] watched this over the last few nights.

Pretty dang funny.

Synopsis: there is a trial and a jury buuuut, only one jurist is a non-actor. Everyone else is an actor and from there, comedy ensues

My wife and I watched the whole series over a couple of evenings. While it had its slow parts and a few cringeworthy ones, it was a lot more fun than I’d expected. James Marsden, playing himself as a reluctant juror trying to get off based on his name recognition was funny for a while too.

Definitely some cringe worthy parts and yes, James Mrrsden was almost the highlight.

Have to admit, I really appreciated how they broke the news to the guy it was not real. That was way too cool.

I watched this recently and liked it. The characters - other jurors, attorneys, parties etc. - were all weird but just weird enough you would think you might just find them in a random jury trial but not so weird to give away it was all a fake.

Reminded me a bit of Candid Camera. Yes I am old.

No. This one came out about a month ago.

Like noted by kho, think five or six episodes of Candid Camera where only one person is not an actor.

Where the other jurors are just weird enough to make the "stooge" think, "this is who makes a jury?" but not weird enough to start looking for the cameras.
