I just discovered Crackle. I have tried to watch Police Story episodes, but I can't make it through an episode without the "error, try again" message showing up. I tried to contact them, but I got a message saying my device speed was not fast enough. They gave me a link to check the speed and I was much faster than they say is necessary. Has anyone else had difficulty? | ||

I rarely use it, but I fired it up to check for you. It seems to work fine on my phone, my iPad and my appletv streaming device. I don’t know how much help I’d expect from Sony seeing as it’s their free service. As for easy suggestions to try out it never hurts to restart your modem (unplug it for 60 seconds then plug it back in), your router, and make sure the streaming device and the crackle app are updated. | |||
