The movie title is Parabellum! I didn't know he was going to be in it! ___________________________ "I Get It Now" Beth Greene

Until I see a teaser not showing him in a running gun battle with every person on Earth, as alluded in the concluding scene of the second movie, I'm skeptical about this sequel. I'm hoping for a scene where he takes out a bunch of bad guys by throwing a p320 down the stairs.

Is anybody who knows him still alive? I was under the impression that he killed every man woman and child he'd ever known or heard about in the first two films. Can't wait for the fourth installment: John Wick 4 - the search for more people to kill!

Don't forget those carelessly dropped MAC-10s. I'd like to see John Wick Goes To Congress! When a strong man, fully armed, guards his own house, his possessions are undisturbed. Luke 11:21 "Every nation in every region now has a decision to make. Either you are with us, or you are with the terrorists." -- George W. Bush

Maybe they will have a John Wick for 2024.

Indeed.
Agreed. The original was interesting. The first sequel just seemed to be about how much violence and mayhem they could stuff into two hours. I doubt we'll bother with #3 or beyond. I liked John Wick 1 just because of its ridiculous simplicity. I didn't care for John Wick 2 because I just don't care for that silly criminal underworld environment. The already thin story's getting stretched even thinner!
I don't mind violence and mayhem. My main problem with current movies is that the protagonists are usually trained spies/assassins/comic superheroes ala Jack Reacher, Bourne, Jason Statham, James Bond, Taken, Marvel characters, et al, that engage in elaborately choreographed fight scenes where the assailants are all dispatched quickly and cleanly and with no problems. I like my fight scenes to be a little more messy and naturalistic. Remember in the '80s and '90s when actors like Bruce Willis would play normal "everyman" heroes, like John McClane sub-machinegunning a villain's kneecaps off before he smashes headfirst through a window? Like that. No graceful martial arts or instant one-shot stops 99% of the time. If the film has to be overly choreographed, I wish modern American films would be more like early John Woo or The Raid movies. Instead of instant one-shot kills, how about Chow Yun-Fat diving in the air firing entire magazines of dual Berettas into a single guy's chest in slo-mo? That's what I grew up with!

I lubs it. I like some violence and mayhem. The more the merrier. But like you said, I would rather it be the John McClain type deal. Even in Nakatomi Tower, he was up against what, 13 maybe 15 terrorists? Wick killed that many people in the opening sequence of II. And unless he was a member of the most elite and highly untrained group of blind assassins ever, I'm not buying that he wins a 200 against 1 gun battle with all of them. But hey, whatever turns your crank. I probably have some favorites that people think are silly or over the top too.

This is why I liked the early Steven Segal movies. The fight scenes were believable. None of this phony Kung Fu shit, where the hero jumps up in the air, spins 2 or 3 times , while the bad guy just stands there waiting to get a foot in the face.

I hope he takes out a bad guy with a Q-Tip in this one !!
