TMatsand my third band is Fleetwood Mac, not just the Stevie Nicks and Lindsay Buckingham era, but all of them. Peter Green’s Fleetwood Mac with Jeremy Spencer to Danny Kirwin and Christine Perfect, to Bob Welch and Bob Weston, up to and including Buckingham/Nicks. Amazing that a band could make so many significant changes and still produce such excellent music.
I struggled not to pick Clapton. He’s had an equally long run and played many different genres of music, but I’ll live with my choice.
