Today, in 1836, Sam Houston and the Texian army surprised Santa Anna on the banks of the San Jacinto River near present day Pasadena, Texas, and wiped the Mexicans out. The battle was totally one sided and something like 700 Mexicans were killed to the loss of eleven Texans. Santa Anna was captured not long after the battle, trying to sneak away.

The battle ended the Texas revolution and made Texas an independent country.

Remember the Alamo!
Remember Goliad!

The fish is mute, expressionless. The fish doesn't think because the fish knows everything.
