One of the best films I have seen in a long time. Engaging and suspenseful. Chicago in the 1940s. Also of interest is the following: The inventor of the polygraph test, Leonarde Keeler, plays himself and puts on an interesting demonstration of the how the machine works. Whether he was the actual inventor is controversial{but he got the credit}.
