My oldest son and I saw Kenny Bernstein break the 300 mph in the early nineties.
I wonder how fast she would go in a quarter mile.

Was a bummer when they shut down the track here in Houston.
We were regular attendees of the Spring Nationals. Always a fun time.

Been to NHRA event in Gainesville several years ago, the sound is ear shattering and you can feel the sound pulsing from the engines going by in the your chest.

Get into the pits and see all the amazing machines and the people that keep them running..

Nothing short of Gearhead nirvana...

I enjoyed the U.S. Nationals more than any race so far this year.......most all of my favorites won!!

As a teenager, I spent most weekends at the Drag Strip or the dirt track.
Big contributors to my hearing loss!
Worth it!
