Found the old series on Amazon Prime and am watching it through again. It's still as good as it was 20ish years ago. Not unlike One Second After, it gives the prepper in me much to think about. Another thanks for the heads up, rewatching now. Interesting how some of the plot lines were almost prophetic for things that have happened since it came out… Internal events leading to a balkanization of the US (not there yet but lines being drawn). A “virus” where normal treatment is tamped down in favor of the official government approved treatment. Unelected people entrenched in the government making decisions without authority or accountability. Military commanders working against Presidential authority (Trump first term - Millie, Vindman…). What part of "...Shall not be infringed" don't you understand???  | |||
