Underground on TCM.
1941 war, drama, suspense, espionage, propaganda, noir film about the German Nazi Resistance opposing the Nazis in World War II.

Entertaining. Gives you an idea of what the American people were viewing about Nazi Germany in 1941.

Post war babies, AKA boomers whose fathers fought the Nazis will appreciate this film.

Would have liked a different sort of ending, but it is propaganda.

I've seen some of them. Kind of strikes me as some of the tactics the democrats use.

Action in the North Atlantic, Humphrey Bogart, Raymond Massey, 1943.

Last lines in the movie:
'It's a miracle!'

'No, it's American seamanship'

Music swells, The End.

No shit, they said it. It's true.
It's actually not terrible, but those parting lines...whew.
