For me its a scene in King Kong. Its him and Kong squaring off, just the look on his face says it all.

Yea I know cheesy but entertaining movie and of all his movies I pick that. But just watch the scene.

My favorite scene is from 1408. The scene where he tries to talk the main character out of staying in that famous room. Spectacular in my opinion.
