I'm Different! |
The blues song thread reminded me of recently having seen it. Did anyone catch the American Epic documentary on PBS? It's about the record companies going out in the 1920's & recorded many different blues, country, & folk artists. https://twitter.com/colin_dunlap/status/876145037314314240 It included blues artists Mississippi John Hurt, Robert Johnson, Memphis Jug Band, Charley Patton, Son House, Blind Willie Johnson, & more. Some really great music. “Agnostic, gun owning, conservative, college educated hillbilly”

Back, and to the left |
I saw a commercial for it at some point. I have the vague feeling it was due to air in the fall.
