Hey, happy Easter all! Just a thought, the movie sure as hell heck wasn't The Empire Strikes Back, but maybe we keep politics and that little fucktard Hogg out of it. No matter how bad you feel the movie was, it ain't that bad!

That movie sucked. I find it hard to believe you guys actually liked it. Forget the multi cultural bs, the admiral wearing a prom dress playing I got a secret, forget the weaponization of light speed. The plot holes were intolerable on a movie that conceivably could have a dozen or more future installments.

The midichlorians climbed on board for a test-drive and when they were done, they said "yeah, we'll take this too!"

To me, the Last Jedi kind of felt like the end of Lost in that the writers seemed to be going for some kind of "new direction," "big picture," "you thought you knew how it works, but now you don't" meta-commentary and expected the audience to either ignore the problems that cropped up along the way, or solve those problems for themselves.

It wasn't terrible, but I can understand fan criticism, and I personally wasn't inclined to see it again in theaters or purchase it online.

The only Star Wars movie I didn't want to see more than once in the theater, and the only one I don't own on DVD, Blu-Ray, VHS, Laser disk, Beta, etc.

I even have the animated movie and all the cartoons on DVD

I even own the "Battle for Endor" and the famously bad "Holiday Special" with Bea Arthur and I won't buy TLJ.

That honest trailers is dead-on. “The last one you’ll pay to see.” Man, that’s no joke. I grew up a huge Star Wars fan and honestly, this last film was so insultingly bad that it may have soured me completely on Star Wars anything.

It’s clear from all the Disney produced stuff that nobody in charge of the finished product has a love for the content or a respect for the fans. We’re just consumers, and there’s a lot of money yet to be made from this cash cow. Thank you, Disney, for retroactively ruining a part of my childhood that you didn’t have a hand in. It almost seems like they did it out of spiteful jealousy. On that note, I think I’m more done with Disney than I am Star Wars, and I say that as a parent of a four year old boy. We can make sure Disney doesn’t see our money.

Like all the other Stars Wars movies after the Empire Strikes Back it was disappointing. Leia floating back to the ship with her hand out similar to the Creation of Adam was embarrassing.

Probably never see it again but then I've only seen all the others once after the Empire Strikes Back. Phantom Menace was the last I saw in a theater.
