Tinker Sailor Soldier Pie
| The original Call of Duty was the only one that I got hooked and played. Didn't have the same draw with the later ones. If this new one really goes back to its roots, I might have to try it out. Love the WWII stuff.

I was having similar thoughts the other day. I miss those games and would love to see either of them redone correctly.

| WW2 is over done even though I like the venre. Vietnam and Korea would be fun. It would be neat to do a revolutionary war also. They just need to mix it up.

I don't know about that, IMO there hasn't been a good Pacific campaign WWII game as of yet. |

| Same here, jet packs and such ruined the brand for me. I agree, Korea would be original and different. |

Battlefield 1 is pretty much that. COD Black Ops covered Vietnam, COD World at War covered the Pacific. Modern stuff in the Middle East is pretty well covered. Korean War based game would be great- Chosin, Pork Chop Hill, Heartbreak Ridge, Inchon- lots of options.

| Just saw the trailer for the game. It's fucking Europe again. Ugh. It's visually stunning, though. But Europe? Come on...

| I'll buy it when the price drops to around $5 since it's not worth more than that to me. They don't care about single player campaigns anymore and I don't do the online crap.

Probably on a trip
| SR025 if you meant to say at least there are NOT jet packs and other bullshit like that, I am with you! I would like some Pacific action as well, but I have seen that there is no auto-regen of health. So when you are hurting, you need to find a medic. Some of my most favorite and tense times gaming were in MoH stuck in a trench with almost zero health and backtracking to a health pack without getting shot. Then still getting picked off by those damn Krauts on Nijmegen Bridge! If they get the music even close to what they had in Medal of Honor, then it should be good.
