Presumably because of Easter. I can take or leave this kind of movie, but there isn't much else on. Earlier this morning I caught the tail end of The Silver Chalice. It starred Jack Palance's sperm costume …  Virginia Mayo's eyebrows …  and, oh, yes, Paul Newman.  This, along with the bizarre surreal-looking sets, made it an absolutely awful movie. Newman publicly disowned both the movie and (needlessly) his performance in it.There are some better-regarded ones on later, if you like that sort of thing.
