Staring back from the abyss |
It is. It always reminded me of Elvis' Kentucky Rain. Ronnie Milsap had a lot of good hits. ________________________________________________________ "Great danger lies in the notion that we can reason with evil." Doug Patton.

Her first hit, in 1972, at age 13. Couple of good songs. Thanks. When in doubt, mumble

Oh stewardess, I speak jive. |
Funny coincidence. I hadn't heard her name in years but Tanya Tucker gets a mention in that episode of Norm MacDonald's new Netflix show that has Billy Joe Shaver on as the guest. IIRC it's an offhanded comment that she's kind of mean, or something to that effect. Shaver's performances on that show are excellent, btw, if you're an old / outlaw county fan. Cool old song of hers, regardless, and Milsap.

I've seen Ronnie and Tanya live in Baton Rouge. Both good concerts _______________________________________________________ And no, junior not being able to hold still for 5 seconds is not a disability.
