I believe this is a Japanese commercial that uses a song derived directly from Aerosmiths 'Train kept a rollin'. I like it more and more.

there was a similar commercial not too long ago that had a black dude that worked in a factory or something, got tired of sandwiches etc etc,

A slightly different version of that ad (same girl and plot) has been running since spring in this country.
