I was going to post in disagreement because I was SURE Hicks says "Marines" but decided to google and youtube a little. This debate seems to be a thing on a few websites and I couldn't find a clear answer. After watching a few times, I think he does actually say Drake.



He says "Drake" as clear as a bell. I went over 30 years watching this movie numerous times every year before I ever knew this was even up for discussion. I can't fathom how this is a thing to debate.


I stand corrected.


I'm firmly in the "Marines" camp too. But then I hear "Laurel" not "Yanni" so . . .
