I just watched it again the other day for the who knows how many-ith time. Yep, cardboard, cartoonish, two dimensional... campy one liners that seem out of place dialog wise.

But still lots of fun and enjoyable. Smile

45-110 in Quigley's hands would do the trick nicely even at this late date. Big Grin

Sun directly overhead in the close-up shots, while setting over distant hills in the wide-angle shots. Continuity issues, maybe?

Nah, just editing. They actually stared each other down for 6 hours before someone made a move.

I thought I spotted a continuity error the other day.. but I can't remember what it was. (yeah I know, helpful post Wink )

As for lighting issues, there's a couple non matching, reflectively lit shots cut into scenes. Spotting and yelling at the screen about badly done reflective lighting in movies and Tv apparently has become my new hobby/pet peeve. Big Grin

If she hadn't called him that all movie, and shown up at the ticket office when she did if he'd given his real name he would've been shot by the dumb amateur clerk a la the Shootist getting shot in the back by the bartender and not lived happily ever after.
