I just built and tested this one today. It will be at Talladega this fall. Bartlein CM 4-groove barrel, pillar bedded with carbon fiber pillars.










These are easy to build and bed compared to M14's!

I'm 100% open to learning more about these. I've never hear of them before.......

Here's one I did a few months back.





I contour the surface to match the receiver...












I order carbon fiber rod from Amazon and chop it to length and drill it with a 1/4" drill bit in my lathe. I also cut the grooves in the pillars as it gives good features for the epoxy to grab on to.

With these pillars, I torque my action screws to 65 inch pounds.
