Damn right it can. My buddy and I had the 850yd range to ourselves for the entire day. I shot my GAP PPR in 6GT and my Sig Cross in 6.5 Creedmoor.

The GAP rifle is a beast. This is a 5 shot group at 850yds using 108 ELDM’S at 2850 fps. The group measured 3.5”. I could not help but smile after shooting it. I absolutely love this gun and believe it is a bargain for $3k.

Me after shooting the group Big Grin.

Definitely nice, and helps confirm the reputation of the cartridge (and rifle).

Nice shooting!

GA is near me and I asked them to quote me a price to install a pre chambered and threaded 308 Shilen barrel on a new old stock Remington 700 action. I thought it would be great to not have to ship to a gunsmith, but their quote was unreasonably high.

That's basically a half mile baseball size group! Surprised you didn't have a pig target out there. Nice shootin'!

My load for this rifle is:

108gr Hornady ELDM
33.3gr Varrget
Hornady Brass
CCI 450 primer
2.54. OAL
2885 FPS 26” barrel.

I paid the $150 extra for the bedding which comes with a 3/8” guarantee. The gun will shoot that if I do my part.

I tried some Berger 105’s today as well as Aero match 105’s. The cheaper Aero’s shot better than the Bergers but the 108 ELDM’s are still king in this rifle. The did much better than the 105’s and are cheaper to boot.

5 shots 100yds.

All 5 shot groups

I wish my 6 ARC liked the Hornady ELD-M better than the Bergers. Very nice groups. Looks like I was wrong about the Bergers for your rifle!

I put one of the DNT “The One” 7-35 on it. It is an outstanding scope for what I paid for it.

I was shooting Thursday and had the opportunity to look through a fellow shooters Leupold MK5 3-18. There was not enough difference for me to spend another $1500 for one. 3 other guys I shoot with have the same scope and as you can see, it does extremely well at the 850 range.
