I wanted to get shooting so I borrowed a scope from another rifle. It's a bit much for a 10/22, but it'll do.

Turns out the Leupold custom shop will do scopes in a rainbow of colors. So, I'll do that at some point.

Overall, I'd say the build is a success, the Whistlepig barrel is a performer.

If I were a bit more patient those could be some tight groups. Though, the 10x scope with a fine crosshair still felt "in the way." I'd say that the future holds a "target dot" higher mag scope. When funds allow.

I'm pleased though, and this is the first time I've shot .22lr at that distance. Very relaxing.

Very nice! Thought about doing something like this. Right now I just have my old Marlin60.

Cleaning hole, didn't know there was such a thing. I assume you have to remove the stock to access it?

yeah, you pop it out of the stock if you want to clean from the chamber forward.

So.... Haven't posted in about 3 months.
Dug up a thread with no activity in about 8 months.
Nothing like keeping things upbeat and positive.

Arc's 10/22 is cool in my book.

The stock looks awesome.....I would've paired it with a fluted stainless barrel (but that's my taste). The problem with this, is you never stop with just one custom 10/22...…..you shoot that one and then start thinking.....well maybe I want to build another 10/22 that's slightly different than this one.....LOL

Blasto doesn't like it everybody!

I'm so glad he told me. I'll be right back after I break it against the curb and leave it in the recycle bin.

If people would keep their negative opinions to themselves I wouldn't have to throw so many guns out.

In the light of doing my part to ease your administrative burden, I volunteer to dispose of your POS paper/steel/rodent puncher for you. At no charge, of course. I'll even pay for shipping, handling, and transfer. If you have any useless Eley, Lapua, or RWS ammo -- I can dispose of that for your, too. It's the least I can do.

I dig the look. If I had the money to have multiple 10/22s in my collection, I wouldn’t mind something like it that was prettier to look at than my plain Jane model.
