A lot of our CAS shooters swear by the low recoil/noise Winchester AAs if shooting factory loads at a match...they knock our steel targets flat and have little recoil, so you might consider them. I think Remington offers them too...

I have seen them a little cheaper from Sportsman's Warehouse from time to time...

As for chokes...IC or modified should work fine.
