A recent WTB add (that I didn’t want to hijack) in the classifieds mentions Sierra Papa’s upgrades for the Cx4 Storm : “…Sierra Papa mods put into it - trigger, hammer, reduced power hammer spring, steel recoil guide and the HD buffer.” Anyone, including the original poster, have thoughts on them including reliability issues if any? Thanks! Reference post: https://sigforum.com/eve/forum...0601935/m/2020061515 __________________________

I had a Storm in 40, sold it about 5+ years ago. I did get the Sierra papa trigger, maybe a few other parts. The trigger was an improvement, not really night & day. My Storm worked fairly well, a jam once in a while. I ended up going to the CZ Scorpion, then recently the Henry ‘Homesteader’. I have both of those now, much more reliable than my Storm was. My Sierra Papa trigger was an improvement, but I do think there are better choices than the Storm, if starting from scratch. .

Can’t speak to the Sierra Pappa stuff but my Storm is as reliable as sunrise. Never a single issue. Mine is however bone stock and in 9mm Take Care, Shoot Safe, Chris
