I'm getting a Daniel Defense 6.8 SPC II bolt and barrel to be mated to Armalite everything else. I'm sure any firing pin will do reasonably well - which is pretty much what Daniel Defense CS told me anyhow. I don't necessarily need a titanium pin for ultimate lock time or anything else special, I just want something I can plug in and forget about except for normal cleaning, maintenance and lube. What's a good firing pin? | ||

Just get a firing pin from a reputable dealer. Try to avoid any fly-by-night outfits and don't buy in on any 'wiz-bang' firing pins. "Also I heard the voice of the Lord saying who shall I send, and who will go for us? Then said I, here am I, send me." | |||
