Sig MPX PCC - Gas Plug & Piston Clean/Lube
Hi all. I just picked-up a MPX PCC. How often are you cleaning your gas plug & piston? Also, the manual does not mention lubing the gas plug or piston. Are you lubing them after cleaning, or leaving them dry to help prevent carbon caking? Thanks!

I've had mine since 2016 and never once disassembled the gas plug / piston.

Pretty much where I'm at with mine, as is another guy I shoot with every week.

I've had mine that long too and have only even cleaned the gun 3 or 4 times. Also never touched the gas plug.

I shoot mine suppressed and I clean them at the same time as I clean the suppressor since its the same set of equipment. When I used to shoot it unsuppressed I'd take it apart every 2-3K rounds.
You don't lubricate.
