Very nice. I'm generally not all that excited about lever actions, but I like this one.
.357 is a good cartridge for the carbine.

Does that have the octagon barrel? It's hard to tell form the pics and my eyes. Smile I love the large loop as it is easier on the fingers.

Very nice gun. At first I didn't care for the tube loading through the top but after handling one and using it, I appreciate it all the more now. It is very easy to load and nice to have options.

Yes it has the octagon barrel.

You can tube load and or side load with this model.

I’m narrowing down my calibers and this fits with my S&W .357 revolvers.

Now because I live in California I get to wait 10 days to take it home.

I’m going to put a scope on it so I can see what I hit with my aging eyes…
