Introduced originally for the Beretta 1301, Aridus now offers the Imperium handguard for the A300.

Beretta A300 Imperium

Available on backorder. In my opinion, there is no finer handguard for these Beretta shotguns.

I love mine on my 1301. Replaced my Zhukov handguard that came from Langdon with my LTT.

Got the clear aluminum. It's very secure and slim, which I really like.

Has anyone compared these to the Briley handguard?

Dissenting opinion; the anodizing isn’t a deep black, the overly wrought texturing looks odd and the scallop at the receiver is not visually appealing.

I really wanted to like it but do not. I’ll be grabbing a Chisel Machining carbon instead.

A friend of mine has the Briley on his 1301 Comp. He bought it before the Imperium was available and said he'll probably switch at some point. He says the Briley is too expensive for what it is, even on Black Friday sale prices. It MSRP's at $50 more than the Aridus. I've shot his 1301 and the Briley is nice, but I wouldn't pay what they're asking for them. The Aridus at least completely covers the barrel where you'd grip it.
