Plenty of stuff is better. The Geissele MLOK rails, for example.

Heavy quads all over is a thing of the past - sure they are still used, but less and less common.

At that price you could turn around and sell the rail for $400+ and come out with a DD 10.3" upper for roughly $259 and buy a Geissele 9.5" upper and bank money.
