put a scope mount receiver cover and removed the front sights, I would like the option of returning it to open sights. I found a rear cover even thou I know the serial numbers wont match but its been a bitch trying to find the front sight, dont care about a bayonet, any body know where I can get one?, seems like they are made of gold or something.

Removed the front sight? Yeah, orphan front sight might be kinda rare. Maybe another sks?

There's at least two on gunbroker, one on eBay, and a few bolt on options out there.
