Members with custom Avatars, where do you host them?

I made one and the dimensions are 60X60 pixels as required ... have it hosted on postimages but when i upload it, error message says not accessible ... I tried it with img in brackets like when I post pictures in a post but still get error.

However it does show in my profile but not posts

What am I doing wrong?
Postimage uses https instead of http ... is that it?

Actually seeing it, I think I need to crop and resize it to make it actually readable ... if thats possiable at that size.

I have had similar problems with people's avatars not loading, but it's worth a shot.

When I put the link into the custom avatar dialog box, and click update avatar... I am getting the following error:
"The provided avatar URL does not appear to be accessible."
