The Member Directory is no longer accessible to members due to its misuse by thieving shitbags.

Email me the particulars and I'll try to assist.

Type the member’s exact username in the Advanced Search box. It typically will lead you to posts that mention his username. From there, you can backtrack to an actual post by the member you’re looking for. Then you can click on the Profile that will show his email, if he has one listed.

ETA: I do realize that is not exactly what you asked, but that’s about as close as possible in looking up a member, since the directory is no longer available.
