P320 AXG frame doesn't work with P320 Carry
Back in 2018 I purchased a P320 Carry in .357sig. I later removed the original grip module and replaced it with a Wilson Combat grip module Carry size. That WC grip module worked just fine.

Just recently I purchased an AXG Carry grip module. When assembled, the trigger does not work properly. I don't know what it is about the module, but it's doesn't seem compatible with the FCU I have.

I ended up putting the AXG module on a P320 X V-TAC and that works just fine. I reassembed the P320 Carry with the Wilson Module and it works fine.

So, I'm not sure what the issue is. I'm wondering if anyone has attempted this swap before and if it worked for you.

This is the Carry and not the XCarry BTW, just to be clear. It's like the trigger is partially blocked and does not have full travel when in the AXG module.

Both FCUs are original to the guns in which they were purchased.

I may be wrong, but I am pretty sure the AXG frames were 9mm FCUs only.

Is that P320 Carry pre or post the Voluntary Upgrade Program?

I have 2 p320 carry fcus, one pre-upgrade that has been upgraded, and one came from the factory post-upgrade. Both work fine in my AXG module, but both of them are 9mm.

Looking down inside of it can you tell what part of your fcu is interfering with the grip module?

I don’t know what the problem might be, but the fire control units and standard factory grip modules are all the same for use with slides and barrels for 9mm, 357 SIG, and 40 S&W. My most-used training P320 was originally chambered for 9mm, but I use slides and barrels for 9mm and the other two cartridges and the original FCU and Wilson Combat grip module with no trouble.

That is what I assumed and the module is listed by SIG as for 9mm, .357sig and .40S&W. The FCU didn't orginally come with a flat trigger and I had a gunsmith install a SIG flat trigger. The FCU on the X-VTAC has a flat trigger.

I have another Carry module on the way; I'll see if I can determine what's impeding the trigger.

Not sure. I purchased this new at my FFL in 2018.

This is good to know. This is what I figured, so I'm not sure what the issue might be. I'll do a little more investigation.

According to SIG, the FCU is the same for 9mm Luger, 40 S&W, and 357 SIG.

That's what I would expect and figured they would work. So, I'll try again with another module when it comes in and we'll see what I can find.
